Protocol

Genomic DNA released from cell lysate treated by bacterial lysis buffer is separated from other components by phase partition buffer, and then it is bound to a silica gel membrane in the presence of high concentration of chaotropic salt. The purified genomic DNA on the membrane is eluted in elution buffer.
